Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirementsPerform quality assuranceDefine reporting and alerting requirementsOwn and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance integrationHelp design, document and maintain system processesReport on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product teamCommunicate key insights and findings to product team
Bachelors Degree or equivalent ExperienceAt least 5 years of experience in Business AnalysisAt least 5 years of experience in Process Analysis and DesignAt least 5 years of experience in Shared Services Operations
NICE TO HAVE:
CBAP, or other business analysis certificationExperience in Shared Services ImplementationKnowledge of a process management methodology (BPMN, etc.)
