?Responsible and accountable for complete functioning of the Workshops in the organization
?Responsible for ensuring high quality and timeous service is provided always
?Responsible for preparing Budget and ensuring compliance to the budget
?Responsible for resolving internal customer complaints and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Index is above 90%.
?Analyze and improve in delay of release of the vehicles
?Analyze and improve in parts procurement items
?Guide the Purchase department to procure quality parts at competitive prices.
?Responsible and accountable for the compliance of the ISO Certification requirements in the workshop
?Responsible for evaluating the performance of Staff and Technicians of the Workshop and train them accordingly
?Responsible and accountable for maintaining discipline and implementing Company Policies in the workshop.
